How The Rose Garden Came to Life
The Rose Garden opened in 2016 with one idea behind it: Senior living should make life better, not just safer. That idea shaped the building. Twice the space most communities offer, on a quiet residential street. A gym. A dance room. Two dining rooms. An activities room. Medical team on-site. Built like a resort. Run like a home.
But the building was only the start. The heart of The Rose Garden is the team. The people who chose this work because they believed in it. People who learned every resident by name, by story, by favorite seat in the dining room. People who love what they do.

All care levels. From light daily support to dedicated memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia, every level lives under one roof. As needs change, residents stay in the community they already know.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The Rose Garden uses one all-inclusive price that covers room and board, care services, meals, activities, and housekeeping. The rate doesn't change based on the care you need. What you pay on day one is what you pay in year five.
Do you accept Medicaid?
Yes. We accept the Florida Medicaid SMMC-LTC waiver alongside private pay, long-term care insurance, and other payment types. Residents are treated the same regardless of how they pay.
How do I move in?
