What care levels do you offer?
All care levels. From light daily support to dedicated memory care for Alzheimer's and dementia, every level lives under one roof. As needs change, residents stay in the community they already know.
What amenities are included?
The Rose Garden's amenities include a gym, dance room, theater, salon, game room, two gardens, two dining rooms, activities room, five separate lounges, veterans' wall, and more. All amenities are available to every resident at no additional cost.
Is housekeeping provided?
Yes. Housekeeping is included in The Rose Garden's monthly rate. There are no extra fees for cleaning, laundry, or maintenance.
What activities are available?
The Rose Garden offers three to four activities each day, including movie nights in the theater, happy hour on Fridays, holiday celebrations throughout the year, day trips around Fort Myers, card games, and cultural and educational programs. A monthly activity calendar is shared with every resident.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes. The Rose Garden welcomes pets up to 10 pounds. Vaccination records are required on file. Specific pet policies are reviewed during the admissions process.

The Rose Garden has a 24/7 professional care team on-site, an in-building doctor group available to residents, medication management, and emergency response systems. All care services are included in the monthly rate, with no surcharges as care needs grow.

Yes. We accept the Florida Medicaid SMMC-LTC waiver alongside private pay, long-term care insurance, and other payment types. Residents are treated the same regardless of how they pay.

Yes. The Rose Garden has a front desk staffed 24/7, emergency response systems in every private room, secured entrances, and trained staff on the floor at all times. Memory care residents are housed in a secure unit designed specifically for memory loss and safety.

How do I schedule a tour?

What should I expect during my tour?
A tour at The Rose Garden lasts about 45 to 60 minutes and includes a walk through the building, gardens, dining rooms, and a sample private room. You'll meet Rochelle and the team, learn about care services and pricing, and have time to ask any questions.
How do I move in?
